Hello there, John. Based on your information and photo, I believe you will need the S600-14 spiral balance with a red tip along with the 15-188 pivot shoe. Look over the measurements of the pivot shoe to make sure they match up with yours. You may also want to consider ordering the 75-006 charging tool to assist with the installation of the balance system to the pivot shoe.
