pozzi window parts

Sorry I don't know parts terminology, the arm/bracket/crank assembly no longer works on one of my pozzi windows It is very early 1980's--before 1983.The inside dimensions are roughly 49" X 24" but the wood is still in good shape. I would like to be able to open the window again!

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your crank assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. If you have another window that uses the same hardware, you could show us those parts for comparison as well. Thank you!
