Im looking at your product 23-041. It's very similar to what I currently have for my stanley mirror door, however your product doesn't carry the plastic piece that goes on top of the wheel going across horizontally. Could you please let me know if you carry that plastic piece so that I can order this part?

I'm not sure what plastic piece it is you're referring to. Could you show us a picture? The 23-041 was designed by the manufacturer to work as-is, ready to install out of the box.
