Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for your drawer pull but take a look at the 22-207 with the same 3-1/2" installation hole spacing that you need. Thanks for posting.

This option would be perfect, but it says discontinued -- anything else close?

The only drawer pull we offer with the same 3-1/2" hole spacing would be the 22-032 but it is a more modern chrome style as shown below.
