purchasing the correct window balance

Question

I need to replace the window balances. They measure 28" and they are labeled 2740. I would like to have them with the plastic fitting already riveted on the ends but I don't know which ends to get them purchased with. Attached are photos of what they currently look like. Thanks in advance!

I believe we can help, though this would have to be custom made. I'm thinking one of our standard 1/2" wide, 28" long channel balances with a 15-001 shoe and 19-011 top. Does that look good to you? If so, let me know how many you need and we can work from there.
