How do you remove the 32-343 adjustment screw

Hello! I actually don't believe that screw is meant to be removed. Is there a reason you need it out of the hinge?

I would not recommend removing the adjustment screw on the 32-343. That screw helps to adjust and line up the door to the cabinet. I suggest making new holes to mount the hinge in the proper location. I myself have changed hinges on my Kitchen cabinets at home. I did have to make new holes and use putty to fill in the old holes.
