question on what part to order

A home owner says:

Hi, I have 3 windows with the attached hardware. The name on the part I believe is Reuten. I have attached photos of the part open and closed and with measuring take as I'm not sure what parts I need to measure for you.

I need to order three of these parts and possibly the little clip that they attach to in the window itself if the same style isn't available. The windows open and close fine but the handles on each part has broken off.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

Thank you

Elayne

Hello, Elayne. This operator looks like an older version of our 39-069. The design of your older model is a little different, though, and some alteration of the sill may be necessary to get the more modern hardware we sell to work. If you aren't familiar with this kind of project then you may want the help of a local professional to do it for you, since it can be tricky and requires a little trial and error.

The clip that this operator uses to attach to the sash is our 39-170.
