quick tilt balance spring

A home owner from Wilmington, DE says:
I have a small window with 2 balance springs that are broken. There is a number 740 stamped on the spring. The springs are attached to the bracket with one screw. The other end rides free on the window quick tilt.

There are no markings on the window for manufacture.

Before we throw out any guesses, can you send a picture of the pivot shoe? That's the plastic block that slides up and down in the window and holds the coil.
A home owner from Wilmington says:
I hope these pictures will help. The window sash is 22" x 25". The spring has 740 stamped on it.
