Replacement Pella Balance Shoe

The shoe parts do not fit. Request 4 replacements the same size that will fit on the balances. I believe I need 1", not 1-1/4". This is a Pella Single Window. The old channel balance does have 28c stamped on it. I think the balances themselves will work.
