Looking for these rollers that are from a very old glass sliding patio door.
No part numbers or markings are on the assembly.

Size is 3" long by about 3/4" thick

Take a look at our 81-242 roller assembly. Review our dimensions and compare them to yours to see if this matches up to your original part.

Any idea if you have the square spacer end piece as well?

You're very kind to say so, thank you! Unfortunately, the square spacer is not something that we can supply. I would definitely recommend trying to reuse it if at all possible.
