How do you remove the 84-020?

I am trying to remove the 84-020 bottom rollers and am not able to do so. Is there a certain way.

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. The process of removing the 84-020 is fairly straightforward. You want to first remove the sliding door from the track and place it on a stable surface. Next, remove the two screws on the bottom of the door to release the roller. 

That's really all it takes. Once the old one is out, you can place the new roller into the door and reinstall the two screws, then put the door back up.
