Removing Cover from Old Operator

A quick learner from Canada says:
I ordered the Encore Dual Arm Operator and I received and installed that ,it is very good but for remove the cover I have problem. All the video that I watched remove the cover it is very easy but I tried all the way that they recommend but it did not work ,now you can tell me I can the old part or I need the new cover?

On the older versions of this operator, the cover was built into the base and never really meant to be removed, so that's likely the case with your old hardware. For a new cover and handle that works with the 39-253LB, see the 39-375 or 39-451, depending on which style you prefer.
