removing key from handle/lockset

Question

Installed 8 of the Reliabilt patio doors to enclose my back portch. Trying to get the keys out of the lockset but they won't budge. Is there a trick to removing them. Tried every position I could with no success.

Let me know how to do it.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your handle sets. have you tried to reinstall the key lock and re-position the key cylinder tail?
