How to remove the "plug in" style tilt latch?

Hello! To remove a latch like our 26-244, you'll need to carefully tap it out by using a slotted screw driver and a hammer. Place the blade of the screwdriver against the tilt latch, then use your hammer go give the screwdriver handle a few soft taps. Just be careful not to damage your window by using too much force.
