repair nuprime windows

I recently purchased a home that has Nuprime windows. There are a few that won't stay up when I open them. Can I repair these windows with replacement parts? And if so, what parts do I need? Thank you!

You absolutely could repair this problem, I bet. We just need to see what you're dealing with. Can you send some photos to document the issues you're having? We'd like to see close-ups of any relevant hardware or parts.

Here are some pictures of the windows. The ones that won't stay open seem to be very loose in the tracks that they slide up and down in.
