Hi there!

Start by taking a look at our 82-218 mortise lock, along with our 82-033 handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.

Those look perfect. I need one with keyed lock and one without but would take two keyed ones if they are in stock sooner. Also the color does not matter much. Black would be better.

Are there any in stock?

Should I just order them now and expect them soon?

All orders can be placed on our site at your convenience. We do not have them in stock but you can sign up to be automatically notified directly on the 82-033 store page.

As for the key lock, I recommend the 82-310 (sold separately). This will be fully compatible with your door.
