replace ACME top guide

Hi,

I need to replace a top guide of ACME with U.S. PAT 3750337 (attached). I looked at the 23-044 model but I can see the plastic arms that should catch the rail. The plastic part on the 23-044 seems flat, how will it guide the door?

Hell there, Roi. Unfortunately, Stanley has discontinued your top guide and later discontinued its replacement. We now suggest our 23-196 top roller assembly as an alternative. It doesn't have a spring loaded guide wheel, rather a screw adjustment wheel. Therefore, you may have to adjust it a few times to get the doors to slide smoothly.

I need two replacements for the ACME Pat. 3750337. It is now 2020, do you still have that 23-196 that you say is an alternative? If so, how do I order it?

Yes, we still have it. All you need to do is click on the link provided in Paul's most recent post, which will take you to the 23-196 store page on our site. You could also just search "23-196" on our site's search bar. However you get to it, all orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.
