Replace channel balance

have 5 Gienow series 135 SH,single hung horizontal windows the balance is broken or came loose,
2 sizes , the length of the metal is 27 and 33 in.attached are some pix of the plastic top and shoe, and markings on each

Hi, Adam. These are Series 390 balances: S390-27 and S390-33. Add a 0 to the end of the 3 digit code to get the proper weight "options" in order to place an order on our site: 3260 and 2650.
