replace door stops-?

Question

These are french door stops top & bottom (left side door). A channel runs the length of the door edge, 5/8" wide but is also channeled if you look closely. The white plastic moves the shaft outward & inward. You must first push in a metal plate to allow the plastic portion to pass and close. It seems like all the parts screw into the door channel. Looks like the shaft corrodes and [at least] the bottom one is frozen. I do not know what brand it is, but would like to get both of them replaced.

Contacting the original manufacturer or supplier of the door would be your best bet if you can track them down. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
