replace handle with outside door lock

Thanks for the additional photos. The measurements you show are for the mortise lock. This cannot help to determine the installation hole spacing for the handle set. That being said, if you need to replace it, I suggest reviewing and comparing the 82-218. I am confident this should be what you need but it is difficult to confirm measurements from photos of the measuring tape.

If you wish to keep the existing handle set, you may be able to use the 82-310 Key Lock to covert your handle. Take a look over the video tutorial below for an idea on how to convert the handle set.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the handle set but I'll need to know the distance between the installation holes, written out.
