metal combination tilt and lock. left side, mounted on top of the window frame.............lever for locking cam broken by a window washing employee..... 6 inches long

Your combo tilt latch looks similar to our Combo Tilt Latch Sash Lock Pair, 26-431P. Compare your measurements to ours to confirm that they match. Unfortunately, these are only available in white.
