replace my balance springs on a viking window

A quick learner from Salt Lake City says:

I just ordered S385 27" series. But I noticed one difference on that and my current broken one. See in the pictures the channel balance shoe. The one I ordered, which is slightly different than my current one, includes "15-004" which is 1/32" smaller in length and has wings. The S395 series has the "15-001" channel balance shoe which looks exactly like mine. But I also noticed another post on this site that looks similar to mine that recommends using the winged version for Viking windows even though the previous one was not winged. Just wanna double check I'm okay with my order or need to change it. Thank you.

I agree, your balance looks closer to our Series 395. That said, the Series 385 may still work. In a worst case scenario, you'd just have to alter the shoe slightly to function in your track.
