looking for part for window that holds the window up. house built in 1998. only markings i can see are (to the best of my eyesight) ADW 1 ALI A 98-4.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you have an old-style balance that isn't made anymore. We may still be able to help though. Can you show us a photo of the attachment that goes at the bottom of the balance? It may still be installed in the window so you'll have to remove the window sash.
