replace sash bottom bracket

A handy person from Flagler Beach says:
Windows purchased at Home Depot 17 years ago. Vinyl single hung, spiral balance and tilt in.
Bottom bracket rusted away. Round hole (3/8") in side of sash and 2 screw holes in bottom (1 1/2" and 2 3/4" from edge) for bracket.
What bracket do I need?
Thank you.

It's very hard to make out what pivot bar you have based on these pictures. The original hardware is just too corroded. I think you might have something like our 26-297, but there's no way to be 100% sure without seeing an undamaged version. Look over our pictures and dimensions and see what you think.
