Hello there!

This reminds me of the 82-003 and 82-055K handle sets. One of these may be what you need depending on the installation hole center spacing. Review the specifications for these parts and see which one matches what you need.

Note that the 82-003 isn't keyed so you'd have to buy the 82-306 (sold separately) for keyed access.
