Hello! Looks like the linkage in your casement window operator has corroded enough to break off. This is an easy enough repair, you just need a new operator. I recommend our 39-329 to start out. Make sure to go over our pictures and dimensions to make sure everything matches up. You may also need a new handle, in which case I suggest our 39-205. Let me know what you think!
