replace window channel balance

Thanks for posting on our Discussion Board, Don! Before I can recommend an applicable replacement channel balance, I just need a bit more information.

First, I'll have to figure out what bottom shoe your balance has. Please look at our 15-001 and 15-002 bottom shoe and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-1/8" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely resembles your own shoe? Once you tell us, we will be able to determine what Series your balance is.

Then, can you tell me what numbers are printed on your balance? This will help us determine your stamp option.

Thanks for the image, Don. If I had to guess, I'd say your balance looks like it may be our S390-29 with a 2830 stamp option. However, I'd like you to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe, just to make sure! Is the depth 1", or 1-1/8"?
