Thanks for writing in! These parts are the Rite Track II Kenlin Case Runner and Socket. If you require a direct replacement for them, you will need to reach out to the furniture manufacturer to inquire about the replacements.

Our replacement solution for this repair is the 32-053 Drawer Track Kit. This repair may require cutting the track so that it will fit in the application. Take a look at the video tutorial for instructions on how to repair the drawer. We also have a written guide, tagged below.
