Thanks for posting! I have a few questions about this balance before I can say anything for sure.

First, it looks like your top shoe has wings, while your bottom shoe does not. That means this balance will have to be custom made. However, I'm not sure what that bottom shoe is, exactly. Please look at the measurements for our 15-001 and 15-002 bottom shoes and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-1/8" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which measurement more closely resembles your own shoe?

Next, could you confirm the length of the metal channel? With a stamp like 25, I would think that the length would be 26". Please confirm.

Finally, can you give me the weight of the window sash? That will help us determine what option you need.

Let me know!
A quick learner from sarasota says:
The length of the metal is 26" and the bottom shoes is 1&1/8 " or 15-001

Awesome! All we need to know now is the weight of the window sash. Once we have that we can get started on that custom order form.

Thank you. Alright, now take a look at the S395-26 with the option 2540. This balance will be a good fit for you.
