Hello there. Sorry, but I couldn't cross-reference that code with anything in our database. Can you show us photos of the hardware in question, preferably removed for a close look? Can you describe its function? That should help narrow down your options. Many thanks. 

Thank you. This appears to be a similar mortise lock to that which comes in our 82-402 kit. Review its specifications below and see what you think.

The bad news is that the mortise isn't sold separately. At this time we can only supply it with the complete kit. I apologize for the inconvenience.
