replacement Andersen balance #

I need two Andersen balances for one us my windows that was installed in 1987.
The stamped numbers on each are 11600-17 on one side and 11600-3 on the other side of the balance. Also marked BJ95#27 3-87.
What number replacement should I order?

Thank you for posting. Based on your stamp of BJ95#27 3-87, I would recommend that you take a look at our 24-531 Andersen Sash Balance.

This balancer is from a 20 inch wide side window of a bay window. When you asked me to take a look at 24-531, I think it looks the same as many other balancer shown. Do you have a cross reference that indicates it is a correct replacement?

Looking at the "5#27" from your original stamp points us to the 24-531 as a replacement for you.
The first part of the number signifies the weight; the last 2 digits are the cord length.
