Window Balance 30 4 JT CMC 2

Question

I need help in figuring out what balancers I need to order. The stamped # 30 4 JT CMC 2 doesn't match with your #s on your website. They were installed in 2001. I need 2 of your 31" and 2 of your 21" balancers. the stamp on my 21" balance shows 20 4. hope you can help. thanks Mike

Hi Mike. You may want to begin by taking a look at our Series 385 channel balance. It includes our 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. You'll want to select spring strength option 3040 based on the number printed on your balance. Carefully compare your shoe's measurements to our 15-001. If they look like a match you should be good to go.
