My home has older windows by a company by the name of custom windows systems. I need to replace window balances. they are metal windows 1/2 " winged many are the same size . # on balance is ( 33 5 BSI ).length is 34". all plastic parts at each end are permanently attached.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-34 or S385-34, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Tom, Just want to ask about weight this ( S380-34) can handle my windows are 28 lbs.I will need 10 channel balances for 5 windows .

Sure, if you refer to the chart on the S380-34 store page then you have two options: either the 3340, which carries 23 through 28 pounds, or the 3350, which carries 28 through 32 pounds.
Since your old stamp is 33-5, I personally would go with the 3350. They're technically the same stamp. Ultimately, though, the choice is yours.
