Hi, I've got a 27" channel balance on a number of windows and need replacement balances. It's got winged top and bottom plastic fittings and the marking on the side is 26-3 FK5 CMC 43
It matches all the specifications / look / measurements of the "27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE" from your channel balance identifier, but am uncertain of the weight option. Please help.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2630 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
