replacement Republic rollers

Hi. I need to replace the rollers on some of my parents windows. I only have a picture of this tag from one of the windows. Can you tell what roller I need from that? I'm thinking it is the 87-036 or the 87-226. I can go back and take a photo if needed. But I thought I'd see if you can tell from the tag first.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the tag doesn't tell us anything about your window hardware since most hardware is not brand specific. To determine if we carry a replacement roller that you could use, we'll need to see an undamaged part removed from the window, along with dimensions to compare to ours. Thank you!

ok. thanks. It will be a week or so before I can get back to their place. I'll get the part and measurements when I'm there.

Thanks for getting back to us! I went through our selection of sliding window rollers and I came up with the 87-221 as the closest to your dimensions. Take a look and see if this could work for you. Thanks for posting!
