replacement "balance" for Anderson Window

Question

Hi, please see the attached image of the balancer that broke. In order to avoid tearing out the side of the window, by desire is to open the replacement and tie in the existing rope from the window. Let me know if this is possible. In any case, please let me know which balancer will replace mine.

Thank you for posting, Sunil. The key stamp here is "11R." This corresponds to our 24-11R Andersen sash balance. For the opposite side of the window, you will need the 24-11L, instead.
