replacement balance pieces

Quick Learner from Maricopa, AZ
A customer has a window with the balances out.
The top attachment on one is broken. The bottom of the other is broken. Your video explains install, but I need parts. Can you identify this model from pics?

Hello,

We should be able to help but we'll need a little more information. We'll need to see a picture of an undamaged balance removed from the window. It's important that we can see both the top and bottom nylon attachments since that's what we use to identify a replacement. I see that you're also showing us a top sash guide but I can't tell if it's broken. If you need replacement top sash guides as well, we need to see a clear picture of an undamaged guide removed from the window as well, with dimensions. Thank you!

The exact measurements are 28" of metal rail. The customer actually measured it.
Here's the photos they forwarded. Definitely need sash guides. Let me know if these pictures help.

Thank you for replying to us with photos of your balance. Take a look at both our S351-28 and S390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth measurement of the Series 351 is 1" and for the Series 390 is 1-1/8". Measure the depth of your shoe, like on the diagram below to determine which balance is the better match. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2740 option.
