Hello, We should be able to help but we'll need a little more information. We'll need to see a picture of an undamaged balance removed from the window. It's important that we can see both the top and bottom nylon attachments since that's what we use to identify a replacement. I see that you're also showing us a top sash guide but I can't tell if it's broken. If you need replacement top sash guides as well, we need to see a clear picture of an undamaged guide removed from the window as well, with dimensions. Thank you! |

Thank you for replying to us with photos of your balance. Take a look at both our S351-28 and S390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth measurement of the Series 351 is 1" and for the Series 390 is 1-1/8". Measure the depth of your shoe, like on the diagram below to determine which balance is the better match. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2740 option.
