Hi i need help identifying my balance shafts, the number on the side is 2430
length is 25" width is 1/2 also need the top sash guides that go with them.

Hello! With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a strength option of 2430. If you have any other questions just let us know!
