replacement balance and bottom pivot

Question

Looking to replace a few of my window balance's and need a few pivots.  I see the number 2410 stamped into balance and it is 25 inches long.  1/2 inch wide and just about 5/8 deep .  They have knife lock shoes.   Do you have any that I can replace these with?  Also the clip I believe is an s clip . The picture of the clip is all I have left
