replacement balancers for Milguard window

Question

My window is Milguard brand. The lower part of the window (the part that moves) is 29 3/4 inches high and 33 1/2 inches wide. My balancers are 27 inches long (measuring metal channel only) and have '26 4 AK CALDWELL' printed on them.

I see you recently ordered the S380-27 channel balance as a replacement. It does look compatible with what you have.
