replacement balances

I need the balance assembly for my Vetter window which was built in the early 2000s. Or just the small pulley mechanism that attaches to the spring. The plastic has broken where it hooks onto the spring.

I have attached photos of the part number and hope you can be of help.

Hi there, Vickie. You won't be able to replace the pulley by itself. You will need to replace the entire balance. Please attach a few more photos showing the entire balance for us to see.

I have no other pictures and we no longer live in the home. The window has been put back together with a temporary fix. There is really nothing else to show of the balance. The pertinent details are already shown... both the pulleys and the part number. What other info can I get you? Possibly the window #? Thank you for your help.

What is shown in your pictures is only half of the balance. We'd like to see the other end of the balance, as well as the hook at the end of the pulley so that we can determine the correct replacement for you. Thank you!
