Both our S380-27 and S385-27 balances look like good candidates for a replacement. The difference between these two parts is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth of the bottom shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which of the two would make a better match. Whichever one chosen will go with a 2650 option.
