This is from a Milgard single hung/ non-tilt window. The metal section is 31 3/4" long and 1/2" wide. The weight of the sash is 30 pounds. See picture for markings stamped on the balance.

Hello, thank you for posting,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments.
To further review, we will need to see the metal hook at the end of the pulley string. Please also double check the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments, based on the number stamp it should measure 31-5/8" long.
