Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2630 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

It looks to be the s380 it is 15/16 or 1 in. The spring measures 16in in the retracted position. I also need the ballance guide for the top of the window. It is 5/8wide x 1.5in.tall X 9/16. Thank you.

Great. Note that the balance length is based on the metal channel, not the spring.

If you need new top sash guides, we may be able to help but we would need to see photos of an intact guide removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
