replacement balances and tilt-latches

A quick learner from Aiken, SC says:
August 16, 2021

Balances are 23" long, app. between 1/2" and 5/8" wide they are stamped "22 3BSI"

The latches are 2-3/8" long (not including the "tongue") and 5/8" wide.

I need one pair of latches and one pair of balances.

Your top tilt latch looks like our 26-393 and your window balance resembles the S795-22 with a 22C strength option. Thank you!

It seems like I could replace the t-lock shoe on my existing balances. The channels and springs are in good shape. Can I order only the shoes?
Whichever way I go, how do I install the new balance assembly? I

Sure, if you have the standard 1-1/4" wide t-lock shoe, see the 15-195. We've also related a couple of videos on this page to assist you with the repair process.
