replacement balaster for anderson window

A handy person from cherry hill nj says:

I need 6 replacement balasters for some anderson windows that are roughly 20 years old, give or take a few years, the only numbers on them are as follows(K 16 827 7-8) and (11600-17) one number is on one corner of the balaster and the other number on the other corner, none of these match the ones i saw on your site.
