replacement block and tackle

Question

I am hoping you can help me identifi the correct block and tackel system I need. Overall Length of the metal is 33" not including the clips on either end. They fit into a 1/2" wide track. Stamped into the metal is 3230 D3 WCM. I do have more pictures if needed. These are for the bottom sash of a double hung unit. Units are all metal.

These balances can be replaced with either the S351-33 or the S390-33. You'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe to determine the correct replacement match.

Our 3230 stamp will support a sash weighing 18 to 23lbs.
