looking for replacing handle; (more specifically, the plastic "hex" part in the handle is "stripped" and wont crank on the geared "tooth" that opens the window.
Color is brown. Windows are Polaris.

Hi there!
If your worm gear is stripped, I'm afraid it means your entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.
