replacement channel balance

Does this photo identify the replacement balances that I will need? My windows were made by  Bonneville in Canada.

Thank you for your post. We will need to see photos shoeing the entire balance completely removed from the window. We'd like to see any nylon fittings that may me attached to this balance. Thank you.
