replacement channel balance

A home owner from SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA says:
I have a channel balance with the following number stamped on it: 29-12 C15 CMC 50. It appears your model S385-29 should work. The metal channel I have measures exactly 30 inches long. I am not sure of the weight number you need. See attached photos.
Please let me know exactly what numbers I need to order the proper complete replacement channel.
Thank you

I'm afraid that our S385-29 will not replace this balance. You have a special configuration that necessitates a custom order.

We can help, but before we begin I would like to know how many you need. Once I know that, I can email you an order link and price quote for that quantity. Thank you!

Hi Tom. Thanks for getting back to me. I took a couple more pictures for you to look at. Hope they help. I weighed the window and it weighs a hair over 35 lbs. I need 2 of these channel balances. The window manufacturer is Milgard Windows and Doors. The window is about 6 years old (so is my house). It is a track house. Hard to figure why Milgard would use a custom channel balance in their windows, but this is California and someone's brother-in-law is probably the guy who supplies them! Anyhow, thanks for all your help.

Thank you! This information is perfect, thanks. To clarify, the balance itself isn't custom. It's just an uncommon model that we can't provide as a stock part, this we have to supply it through a custom ordering process.

I'll email you that order link and quote now.
